This insurance cover is only available for Sportsmed SA accredited sports trainers. The policy covers medical malpractice and liability exposures whilst operating as a sports trainer within Australia. It is a cheap sports insurance policy which covers off your exposures when potentially dealing with sports injuries. The policy provides you with peace of mind for your involvement in both adult and children’s sports.

Limit of Liability

Medical Malpractice – $ 1,000,000 any one Claim, Inquiry or Loss of Documents inclusive of Costs and Expenses
Public Liability – $10,000,000 any one Claim inclusive of Costs and Expenses Reinstatements: Two per policy period
Aggregate Limit of Indemnity:
Medical Malpractice Insurance – $ 3,000,000 in the aggregate inclusive of Costs and Expenses
Public Liability Insurance – $30,000,000 in the aggregate inclusive of Costs and Expenses
Maximum Aggregate Limit of Indemnity – for the policy
$30,000,000 in the aggregate inclusive of Costs and Expenses
No personal Accident/Income Protection
